Nick had been rolling around on a Santa Cruz Jackal for a while and found it a bit uncomfortable on the longer rides. He decided something big and burly was the way to go. The Nomad fitted the bill perfectly. Tough 160mm travel with a Fox Talas fork. Workhorse!
Looks the nuts, what size is it ? Im purchasing a nomad and am not quite sure what size, im 5:10 and a bit in riding shoes, I normally ride a medium but here santa cruz come up abit short. I have just demo’d a 2013 heckler in large and it was a great fit. Should I go medium or large ??

Sizing on bikes like Nomad’s is very personal based off preferences and your body shape. At 5.10 your right on the border of sizes so without doing a bike fit it’s a bit hard to say either way. If the Large Heckler felt pretty good then the Large Nomad will be quite similar.
